Hiermee voldoet Beauty Luxe Distributions aan zijn verplichtingen richting de Gebruiker.Beauty Luxe Distributions verzamelt de Gegevens via de formulieren waarop de Gebruiker verplichte velden heeft moeten invullen om van de diensten gebruik te kunnen maken waar de Gebruiker om gevraagd heef De Gebruiker is niet verplicht om te antwoorden op de vragen die in de forumlieren gesteld worden; wanneer de Gebruiker echter geen antwoord geeft, wordt het onmogelijk om toegang te krijgen tot de diensten die deze antwoorden vereisen. De Gegevens worden met de juiste zorgvuldigheid behandeld, in overeenstemming met de Spaanse Koninklijke verordening el Real Decreto 994/1999 van 11 juni. Er worden veiligheidsmaatregelen in acht genomen tegen wijziging, verlies, niet-geautoriseerde verwerking of toegang door derden die de Gegevens kunnen gebruiken voor andere doeleinden dan die waar de Gebruiker toestemming voor heeft gegeven.
